New to me 2013 Vespa GTS 300

Post by HJim84 »

Hi everyone, I am a new owner of a 2013 Vespa GTS that I totally love. I like its dark-blue body color and that authentic yet refreshed Italian design. I was thinking of an older Vespa, yet I am not that technically inclined to keep it in top shape. So I went ahead and bought a pre-owned 2013 model. I will attach a couple of pictures for you.
Now, a quick question to you folks. I was wondering, how do you remove swirls and minor scratches off your scooters? I know I can have my bike polished and waxed, but other than that, is there a way to restore the top coating that does not involve abrasives? Do swirl removers like this one by cycle care really work, or that's just another word or polish?
Thanks!
