Why Yamaha have different models for different countries? Like in our country Yamaha don't have more than 125cc bike

What is "our country"? Different countries have different regulations for scooters. The model numbers help identify which scooter was designed to comply with which country's rules. Also, it tracks options. For example, the European NH125 Lead is almost the same as the US Aero 125, except the NH125 has a different instrument panel and it has a kickstarter.
